Porto di Imperia is an amazing marina located in the city of Imperia, in Linguria region. Formed in 1923 through the union of Porto Maurizio, Oneglia and several other villages, the city has two historical districts, Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, which lie on either sides of the Impero River, origin of the city’s name. The city is home to several touristic attractions, such as San Maurizio Cathedral, Parrasio (old town in Porto Maurizio) or Villa Grock located in Oneglia district of Imperia. As the city is not a very large city, the few sight seeing attractions can all be covered in a day on foot, so take your time and enjoy the beauties that the city has to offer.
